3 Easy steps

When you first start your journey to treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), it can feel scary and confusing. We are here to take away the uncertainty, and to make this simple and straightforward.

There are 3 easy steps to diagnosing and treating OSA.

Overnight sleep test

To begin with, we will send you an overnight sleep test, which you can use in the comfort of your own home. You can find out more about the test here.

CPAP Trial

If the sleep test comes back positive for OSA, the next step is to do a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) trial. This involves using a machine while you sleep, that helps maintain your airway pressure, resulting in a much better nights' sleep, reduced snoring and renewed energy the next day. This trial will last for around 4 weeks.

Ongoing treatment

Finally, once we know that the CPAP treatment is working for you, we will set you up with a CPAP machine of your own, so that you can continue to reap the benefits of a great sleep, including more energy, less tiredness during the day and a renewed lease on life. And we even have some great financing options for you, to help you purchase your new CPAP machine.
